whatsapp e-mail By instructing Coast'Q', the client confirms that all information and documents supplied are accurate, current and lawfully provided, and authorises Coast'Q' to act as an administrative agent solely for the requested vehicle-licensing renewal, personalised number-plate, BRNC or warrant payment and upliftment service. Fees, official charges and any cancellation or refund conditions will be communicated before work begins. Completion remains subject to the requirements, systems, processing times and decisions of the relevant licensing, traffic, municipal, police or other competent authority; consequently, Coast'Q' cannot guarantee approval or a particular completion date and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for delays, rejections or losses caused by an authority, third-party system, force majeure, or inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that may not lawfully be excluded.
Coast'Q' processes identity, contact, vehicle, licensing and warrant-related information only as reasonably necessary to provide the authorised service, communicate with the client, maintain legally required records and comply with lawful obligations. In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”), reasonable technical and organisational safeguards will be used, access will be limited to authorised persons, and information will be disclosed only to relevant authorities or service providers where necessary and lawful. Information will be retained only for as long as required for the service or by law and thereafter securely deleted or destroyed. Clients may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to applicable law, by contacting renew@coastq.co.za
